And slept well again - these beds are so damn comfy. On the downside - I had several bites this morning. Blood Donor Service won't permit donations after a visit here as they consider it a malaria risk area. When I rang the doctor's they said it is a low-risk area but just to take precautions and be covered in insect repellent. It seems to be that they come out in the evening so we have been using it for the evening sessions - and we forgot last night and the little biters obviously got me.

We only had the squash courts for two days and the players are involved in visa applications and interviews today so the next training wasn't until this evening. We were going to have been in a school but then the teacher found out h

e had to be in some meetings which means Tom and I had a day to catch up on paperwork before this evening's session. I have to confess the first thing I did was grab another hour's sleep - what a luxury! I can't remember the last time I could do that.

Heard from Hasindihe today that 8 Ugandans have got visas OK, but not yet air tickets and finance is a problem. At least one hurdle is down for them and players are starting to get visas OK which is a major step forward for our sport .

Actually got quite a few jobs done today and ticked off the list so it was quite a profitable day. Then this evening back to the school for a session. I have to say - everyone is really coming on and making great progress. Some of them really are excellent. BUT - at times it is like knitting fog. We just get teams sorted out and get the first game played. Then two more arrive. So we rejig and just get started and another one arrives. Then 4 have to leave - but come back. And every evening there is are more newbies so the club is growing at a rate of knots. And we only have 10 VstiX but we manage and make it work …

Superb food in the hotel and this evening we tried another Indian whisky - very impressed with that! Indian or Scotch though - the hangover would be the same …
