Hi I'm Paul Hildreth.  I've been involved in VX since its earliest days.  I am Head Coach of the successful Easi-RockIts club in North Yorkshire, am MD of equipment suppliers VX International, have a role with the international administrative body Global VX and am currently Head Coach of the England VX squad where I work with a fantastic team of coaches to develop the national programme.  I have to say - nothing, but nothing that I have ever done in my life has the impact that VX has - the best sport you've never heard of, as they said on the BBC World Service!
