We aren't sponsors of the England programme (the current England sponsors are NCL Services of York, Chartered Certified Accountants) but we do have very close links with them and we attend the training sessions in a number of capacities. As such we also take and manage the photos. We've started a an album of formal squad and player photos so that we can document the development of the squad over a period of time.
You can find it here:

The National Programme is rolling very nicely now and England have a very strong and committed core to the Youth and Senior squads. A Junior squad has also just been added to the programme which is headed up by Jonathon Cooper.
England hold formal trials twice a year - March and November. Places are limited to 25 at each session. England coaches might suggest a player be put forward for participation, club coaches can propose a player and, as the sport is now growing so rapidly in schools, PE staff can also suggest players for inclusion in trials.
England coaching staff currently do quite a lot of work in schools.
The England national programme is now very structure with 4-5 training sessions per year at the National Centre of Excellence (Ripon Grammar School). Each session follows a similar format:
squad announcements
photos
fitness
standard warm-up drills
the group then breaks up into two
(a) seniors and some youth
(b) juniors and some youth
these two groups work separately with coaches and then swap
in the afternoon there might be more coaching sessions OR conditional gameplay
finally there is a session of gameplay at which players are observed so player stats can be collated
